Due to its economic efficiency, plastic injection moulding is one of the most common processes for manufacturing quality products in large quantities. With Lucofin® materials, LUCOBIT offers you a large selection of thermoplastic polymers for plastic injection moulding. Our copolymers based on ethylene butyl acrylate (EBA) are characterised by their impressive versatility. This ranges from high flexibility even at low temperatures to our special products with excellent adhesion to LDPE, PET and PA, as well as aluminium and steel.

Injection moulding with flexible plastics for numerous applications

Our EBA copolymer range offers you an extensive portfolio for injection moulding applications. Our flexible products Lucofin® and Lucopren® are suitable for numerous industrial applications. In roofing in particular, moulded parts made from specially formulated Lucofin® are used to tightly weld together roofing membranes in special areas (on chimneys, skylights, etc.) and to protect your building from precipitation.

In addition, our products are used for numerous sealing applications in which our products have proven themselves over many years.
